For 75 years Palestinians have refused to accept the existence of Israel and have refused all opportunities to have and run their own state.
Instead of getting on with life and with building a functioning state from 1948, as did the Israelis, Palestinians have adopted the pathetic role of perpetual victimhood, the only ‘people’ with a permanent UN agency to let them remain in continuous juvenile rebel-without-a-clue mode. The billions of dollars handed to them have been stolen by their vicious, kleptocratic ‘leaders’. Degraded and debased by their Jew-hatred and self-righteous expectation that they hold a permanent and historical lien over land that was historically, and is now again, Israel, they have plumbed new depths of depravity.
Franklin D. Roosevelt described December 7, 1941 as ‘a date which will live in infamy’. October 7, 2023 is worse. The Japanese at least attacked the American military fleet at Pearl Harbour. Barbaric Hamas terrorists and Palestinian civilians attacked civilians: babies, children, teenagers, mothers, women, youths, the unarmed, the elderly, and foreign workers. They sowed a satanic wind and are now reaping the Israeli whirlwind.
‘What about the thousands of civilians killed in Gaza?’ bleat the West’s virtue-signallers. Listen to US Senator Marco Rubio responding to such mindless questions: ‘Senator Rubio, will you call for a ceasefire?’; ‘What about the (Gaza) civilians?’; ‘So you don’t care that 15,000 died?’; ‘You don’t care about the babies that are getting killed every day?’ Note, no mention of the Israeli babies butchered, beheaded, incinerated, and kidnapped by Hamas and Palestinian civilians on October 7.
15,000 dead is a Hamas number and a Hamas claim. Take it as a lie. Hamas are terrorists.
Rather than display gratitude for the financial and political support of Arab countries, Palestinians sow discord, disharmony, violence, civil war, and terror wherever they go. Palestinians were expelled from Jordan by King Hussein in 1971 for instigating a Jordanian civil war, trying to destroy the king’s government, and take over his country. Yasser Arafat and his PLO relocated to Lebanon and four years later instigated a Lebanese civil war. Arafat applauded and supported Saddam Hussein’s 1990 invasion of Kuwait. 300,000 Palestinians were summarily expelled by the emir of Kuwait in 1991 after Kuwait was liberated by Western armies. Arafat and Abbas turned down offers from Israeli prime ministers Ehud Barak and Ehud Olmert for peace and their own state. In 2005, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon withdrew all Israelis from Gaza, handing it over to the Palestinians – and in return these Gaza Palestinians showed their ‘gratitude’ by destroying commercial infrastructure built and left by Israelis, and rocketing Israel the very next day. How many of the current uneducated Australian students and their ill-educated teachers are aware of that history? None I dare say.
But what about the Palestinian civilians? What about the ‘innocent civilians’ who took part in the slaughter and rape on October 7, who delighted in the parading of hostages through the streets of Gaza, who spat on and defiled the bodies, alive and dead?
According to a survey conducted by the Palestinian-based Arab World for Research and Development, 83 per cent of Palestinians in the West Bank, and 64 per cent of Palestinians in Gaza supported the atrocities perpetrated on that ‘date of infamy’, October 7, 2023. And, 75 per cent of Palestinians support a ‘single Palestinian state from the river to the sea’.
Apparently, 21 per cent in Gaza proved themselves to be civilised, rational, humane human beings by stating in the survey that they were opposed to what had been done by Palestinians on October 7. That 21 per cent comprise the rump of ‘innocent Palestinian civilians’ in Gaza. May they leave the Palestinian-created hell of Gaza and migrate to a friendly Muslim country.
Hitler’s Nazi party had eight million members out of a German population of 80 million. Ten per cent were no doubt die-hard, Jew-hating Nazis among the German nation. When it comes to Palestine, 75 per cent support the eradication of Israel and the genocide of Jews.
Churchill had two war objectives: destroy the German armed forces, and destroy the will of the German people to continue to resist. It took the destruction of Germany for the Allies to defeat Nazism. And, it took the destruction of many Japanese cities and industries, and two atomic bombs, to defeat Japanese militarism. When the second world war was over, the magnanimous allies rebuilt Germany and Japan.
Israel has pledged to eradicate Hamas. It must also destroy 75 years of Palestinian parasitism, Palestinian blame-shifting, Palestinian terrorism, Palestinian Jew-hatred, and Palestinian resistance to Israel’s existence. If Israel loses a war against its Palestinian, Arab and Iranian enemies will not magnanimously rebuild it.
A ‘two-state solution’ in the Middle East is neither feasible nor desirable. Albanese can mumble incoherently about it, Wong can dissemble, stamp her foot and daydream that her voice carries a sliver, a smidgin, a teensy-weensy bit of weight in the world outside Canberra.
Let there be, ‘from the river to sea’, one modern, 21st century, democratic, free, rational, just, humane, civilised, innovative and prosperous state. That can only be a Jewish state. Israel.
